KELT joined EaseCation on August 24, 2025 and currently serves as Game Administration Specialist, Brand Content Specialist, and Corporate Operations Specialist. She contributes to player services, community content, and internal operations. Her work spans activities inside and outside the game, connecting player needs with team collaboration and making her an important contributor to EaseCation's daily operations. In game administration and player services, she helps maintain order on the server and handle player affairs, paying attention to issues players encounter during gameplay. Through daily administration and communication, she helps the team understand player needs, follow up on feedback, and address issues, supporting a fair and orderly gaming environment. In brand content and corporate operations, she contributes to player-facing content and internal team affairs, helping organize information, coordinate handoffs, and support everyday collaboration. Working across these roles allows her to consider both player experience and operational needs, contributing to the ongoing development of community content and the smooth progress of team activities.
