Fei Fei joined EaseCation on June 17, 2018, and currently serves as Director of Player Services & Game Administration and Corporate Operations Specialist. She connects player services, game administration, and the team's daily operations, paying attention to players' practical needs while helping internal work move forward in an orderly way. In player services and game administration, she coordinates player affairs, maintains in-game order, and supports the enforcement of game rules. Her work includes everyday service, issue follow-up, and management coordination, helping the team understand and respond to player feedback while supporting a fair and stable play environment. In corporate operations, she contributes to daily company affairs and collaboration across departments, turning management arrangements into workflows the team can carry out. Her experience in frontline player services allows her to approach work from both the player's experience and the team's operations, helping EaseCation improve its service quality and operational efficiency over time.
